Return Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
Customers may be required to provide proof such as photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product to help us review the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return or refund.
Refund Process

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
